Terms & Conditions

1. Limitation of Liability

S2M Transportation LLC shall not be liable for circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to: extreme weather conditions, road traffic accidents, mechanical breakdowns, or flight delays. S2M is not responsible for any personal items left in vehicles.

2. Airport Pickups & Waiting Time

Baggage Claim (Meet & Greet) pickups incur an automatic $20.00 surcharge. Chauffeurs will wait for a maximum of 45 minutes after flight arrival for domestic flights and 75 minutes for international flights. After this time, additional waiting fees may apply.

3. Zero Tolerance & Damage

S2M Transportation maintains a zero-tolerance policy for drug use or alcohol consumption by minors in our vehicles. Any physical damage to the vehicle caused by the passenger (including sanitization fees for illness) will be billed to the client at a minimum rate of $250.00.

4. Fixed Rates & Cancellations

Our rates are fixed and do not subject to "Surge Pricing." However, cancellations made less than 4 hours before the scheduled pickup time may be subject to a full fare charge.

5. Indemnification

By booking with S2M Transportation LLC, the client agrees to hold the company harmless against any and all claims for damages, losses, or expenses arising out of the transport service, except in cases of proven gross negligence.
